Welcome to Maria’s Cleaning Service. By accessing or using our website, booking a service, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

Maria’s Cleaning Service offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Services include:

  • Standard house and apartment cleaning

  • Office and commercial space cleaning

  • Specialty cleaning (move-in/move-out, post-construction, garage, attic, basement)

The specific services you receive will be agreed upon during your booking or quote request.


2. Quotes and Payments

  • Quotes are provided based on the information you share (property size, type of service, frequency, etc.).

  • Final pricing may vary if the conditions of the property are significantly different from what was described.

  • Payment terms (cash, card, or other methods) will be agreed upon at the time of service or booking.


3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.


4. Access to Your Property

  • You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time of service.

  • If our team cannot access the property (locked doors, incorrect address, etc.), the appointment may be marked as canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.


5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, customers agree to:

  • Secure pets during cleaning.

  • Provide accurate information about the property and any special cleaning requirements.

  • Remove valuable or fragile items if they should not be handled.


6. Liability

  • Maria’s Cleaning Service is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

  • While we take great care in handling your property, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damages, or items not disclosed as fragile.

  • We do not provide insurance coverage. Clients are responsible for their own insurance.


7. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns promptly.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maria’s Cleaning Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.


9. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to that collection and use.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
